Mexico's aerospace industry boasts 450 companies, employs over 110,000 individuals, and has an annual market value of USD 4.6 billion.

March 2024: Mexicana de Aviación acquired 20 Embraer E2 aircraft, including 10 E190E2 and 10 E195-E2 jets, with deliveries set to commence in Q2 2025. With this move, Mexicana secured its position as Mexico's first E2 operator.
