Market Trends of Asia-Pacific Anti-Caking Industry

This section covers the major market trends shaping the APAC Anti-Caking Market according to our research experts:

Increase in Livestock Production is Driving the Market Growth

The shift in Livestock production trends is mainly due to the growing consumer preference for the animal-sourced protein. Owing to the rising income levels and health concern the consumers in the region are moving towards animal-based products such as meat milk and eggs, more importance given for the quality of these products. For instance, according to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), in 2018 the per capita poultry meat consumption in Australia was 44.1Kg that increased to 44.8 Kg in 2019. This has thus resulted in the mass production of livestock. Also, the poultry population in 2016 was 14.3 billion which increased to 14.9 billion in 2018 in the region.
