- April 2023: QSR Platform Holding SCA announced that it would be partnering with Foodtastic to bring the Pita Pit brand to France and Western Europe by opening 50 Pita Pits. In return, Foodtastic will expand O'Tacos in Canada by opening at least 50 locations in 2023.
- March 2023: McDonald's France replaced its potatoes with french fries and offered vegetable fries for a limited time. During this period, beets, carrots, and parsnips replaced the famous potato fries.
- November 2022: Lagardère Travel Retail signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Marché International AG, the holding company of the Marché Group.

- June 2024: The Bull Brand launched three new ready-to-eat canned mince meals: Bolognaise Mince, Chilli Mince, and Savoury Mince. These new variants offer great value for money and are highly versatile.
- March 2024: Conagra Brands expanded its tomato processing capabilities in Canada. The enhancements at its Dresden plant in Ontario include software updates, the installation of a new evaporator to increase tomato paste production, and introducing a dedicated production line for the Ro*tel brand.
- March 2024: Bisto launched a new gravy specifically crafted for sausages. This thicker gravy is designed to offer a savory, slightly sweet flavor that complements and enhances the meaty taste of sausages, making sausage-based dishes more flavorful.
- January 2024: Dabur, one of the leading firms in the Ayurvedic and personal care space, recently invested approximately INR 135 crore in expanding its manufacturing facility in South India. This move is geared toward bolstering the production capacity of its flagship products, including Dabur Honey, Dabur Red Paste, and Odonil air fresheners.
- January 2024: APIS Honey launched Apis Organic Honey, sourced from Kashmir. The products are available in attractive glass bottles and different retail channels across India.
- December 2023: Better Foodie, collaborating with the California-based start-up MeliBio, unveiled their award-winning 'Vegan H*ney' in around 200 UK retailers.
- March 2024: Under its brand Pillsbury, General Mills Inc. launched the Creamy Cakes & Stuffed Cookies. The stuffed cookies were offered in two flavors: Caramel Filled Chocolate Chip and Raspberry Filled Chocolate. These new Pillsbury Baking Creamy Cake and Stuffed Cookie Kits were made available for purchase at prices ranging from USD 2.00 to USD 5.00.
- February 2024: Dawn Foods announced the acquisition of Royal Steensma, a renowned family-owned bakery ingredients manufacturing company headquartered in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. The acquisition included four manufacturing plants in The Netherlands, a manufacturing facility in Thailand, and continued involvement with the Netherlands-based Food Innovation Academy (FIA) education center.
- June 2023: Kellanova launched its Eggo lineup with three new flavors: Eggo Vanilla Bean Grab & Go Waffles, Eggo Chocolatey Chip Banana Waffles, and Eggo Berry Blast Mini Toast Waffles. The Eggo Chocolatey Chip Banana Waffles and Berry Blast Mini Toast Waffles had a suggested retail price of USD 3.59, while the Vanilla Bean Grab & Go Waffles were priced at USD 5.99.
January 2024: Kabrita officially unveiled the first and only long-term FDA-authorized goat milk-based infant formula in the United States. The long-term FDA authorization ensures consistent product availability, assuring parents of the permanence of the infant formula in the US market.
August 2023: Kendamil launched the Goat Milk Infant and Toddler Formula range in the United States. Kendamil Goat utilizes the unique and scientifically validated properties of goat milk to provide a new, naturally gentle option for babies.
March 2023: ObvioHealth, in partnership with IQVIA Consumer Health, announced the launch of a fully decentralized clinical trial with Jovie USA to offer a goat milk-based infant formula approved by the FDA in the United States. The study design was the first of its kind for infant formula, allowing parents and their newborns to participate in the trial from their homes without in-clinic visits. ObvioHealth and Jovie involved the FDA in the design of the study to increase the probability of regulatory success upon the completion of the trial.
- July 2023: Cerebelly launched its bars at Publix stores throughout the southeast United States. Cerebelly claimed to offer an assortment of organic smart bars throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
- June 2023: READY. SET. FOOD! collaborated with Daniel Tiger's neighborhood to launch new flavors of organic baby muesli and organic oat and fruit bars for toddlers, making the introduction of allergens easier.
- May 2023: Nestle SA’s Milo brand launched two new products, i.e., protein powder and snack bar, in the market. The snack bar claims to be a rich source of protein and fiber. The products are available at Woolworths, Coles, and independent grocers.
May 2023: Nestle’s chocolate-flavored malt powder brand Milo launched two products with added protein to help support muscle building and repair. Milo Protein Snack Bars are fortified with 20% protein and a source of fiber.
April 2023: Mars Wrigley Australia announced a significant step forward in its sustainability journey by committing to transition all Australian-made chocolate and snack bars to new paper-based packaging that can be recycled via traditional kerbside recycling. Mars Wrigley's new paper-based packaging is available on 47g and 64g Mars Bars, 44g and 64g Snickers, and Milky Way 45g at all leading supermarkets and convenience stores nationally.
March 2023: Under its brand LCM, Kellogg's launched a Neapolitan-flavored snack bar. These snack bars are fortified with 25% less sugar and contain no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
- June 2023: Under the terms of the agreement, Morocco’s government announced the allocation of USD 495 million toward protecting livestock capital. This included the subsidization of barley and imported feed for livestock and poultry.
- May 2023: The new program contract for the poultry industry was signed between the Moroccan government and the Interprofessional Federation of the Poultry Sector (FISA), which will remain effective till 2030. The program aims to invest USD 198 million to implement its key objectives, such as an increase in the production of poultry meat and eggs for consumption to 92,000 tonnes and 7.6 billion units, respectively.
- February 2020: Zalar Holdings expanded its international presence by consolidating its position in the Moroccan poultry market. Zalar owned two commodity storage terminals in Morocco, one at Casablanca and one at Jorf Lasfar, with the Group having six. Zalar’s trading subsidiaries are the only local players present in all grain ports across Morocco. Two were financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB), namely Nador in the Mediterranean and Agadir on the Atlantic Coast.
- January 2024: Tanmiah Food Company, Saudi Arabia’s largest poultry producer, announced plans for strategic expansion. These plans included a new long-term credit facility amounting to SAR 450 million to support the strategic expansion plans of the Saudi Arabia-based poultry company.
- February 2023: Golden Chicken Farms partnered with an advanced technology company named Petersime's, which offers an X-Streamer incubator solution, to expand its broiler hatchery production. The extension added 48 million eggs to the company’s yearly total production capacity.
- July 2022: Lulu Hypermarket signed an agreement with the Saudi Egg Producers’ Association to supply eggs from Saudi Arabian poultry farms directly to LuLu Hypermarkets and Stores, allowing for freshness and quicker turnaround from farm to table.
- July 2023: As a part of the company's vision of strategically growing and developing smart integration methods, Şenpiliç added to its investments and incorporated Yemsel Tavukçuluk AŞ, with which it has been cooperating on contract cutting services in the Samsun region.
- April 2023: Matlı Companies Group acquired Keskinoglu, strengthening its position because Matlı Group is the largest feed, egg, and milk producer in Turkey.
- October 2022: Abalioglu Lezita Gida invested around TRY 1.35 billion to increase its production capacity of white meat, with the new facility spread over an area of 200,000 sq.m in Kahramanmaraş.
