The paper factory in Quzhou manufactures transparent papers sold under the Gateway and Sylvicta brands for applications such as industrial design and graphics for food, consumer electronics, or luxury packaging located in the Zhejiang Province.

When the plant reaches full capacity in five years, it will recycle 8,000 tonnes of UBC yearly after beginning the first operation the next year.
