- July 2023: Novomatic has signed an agreement with Tecnet Asia for the distribution rights for Novomatic products in the Philippines. As the official distribution partner, Tecnet will likely be responsible for both the sales and after-sales service of the gaming technology products by Novomatic. These are expected to include electronic table games, video slot cabinets, and games, as well as casino management tools and solutions.
- May 2023: MGM Resorts International announced the acquisition of most game developer Push Gaming Holding Limited and its subsidiaries by its wholly owned subsidiary, LeoVegas. This is Leo Vegas' first significant investment since joining MGM Resorts last year.
