In May 2022, STMicroelectronics and MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings Inc., a significant supplier of semiconductor products for the industrial, telecommunications, defense, and data center industries, announced the successful production of RF Gan on Silicon (RF Gan-on-Si) prototypes.
